I would be using Nga for any realestate negotiations.
Nga was the specialist that I conversed with on the buying of my current property. She was professional yet very friendly and easy to communicate with. Nothing was a problem that couldn't be solved. Nga Nguyen is a professional, with excellent market knowledge and is a good communicator.
My father-in-law, wife and I have nothing but praise for Nga Nguyen, Principal at Area Specialist, Glenorchy, Tasmania. It can be a very emotional time choosing an Estate Agent and selling your home or ‘castle’ as my father-in-law would say. My wife chose Nga from three agents who she met. I was advised “…it felt right” and “Nga was a professional and could answer all my questions and new the market. That is why I chose her to help my father sell his castle”. Nga showed professionalism, understanding, consideration and compassion while assisting and supporting my father-in-law and us selling his ‘castle’ of 50+ years. If Nga stated she would do something you could rely on Nga completing what she said she would do. Even with the lawyers, Nga guided us up to and past settlement date. Nga contacted us to ensure my father-in law was happy with everything – which he was. I would recommend Nga Nguyen to anyone considering selling their property or their ‘castle’. I believe Nga will look after you as well as she did with our family.

A strong supportive team
We first met Martin in 2016 when we purchased the property. We really liked his attitude and professionalism at the time so did not hesitate to contact him when it came time to sell. From our first chat to actually listing the property with Team Waldhoff the market started feeling the effects of rising interest rates. We received constant feedback from the Team and it was Jack’s experience as a builder that finally got the sale over the line. I would gladly recommend Team Waldhoff to anyone looking to sell.

Sold so quick
Within 2 weeks John presented me with 3 offers. I felt comfortable and well looked after every step of the way during the initial engagement and sale process. I know of John's reputation from selling properties in my area, and he certainly didn't disappoint. If I had another house to sell, you'd be the man I come to!

Overall a good experience
John provided good communication re open homes and attendance. He advised us on the market and although the market was good when we first talked to John, it did plateau. John was upfront with information and was able to get a good sale but it did take longer than expected.

Above & Beyond!
After meeting several real estate agents we knew we had a winner when we met John. We clicked straight away and just knew we were in safe hands. His knowledge of the current housing market was fantastic always giving us an honest answer. His communication skills throughout the whole process were second to none. Nothing was ever too much trouble. He went above and beyond, and blew our expectations on the final price of our property and taking care of our future. I would highly recommended him if you are after a no nonsense agent and someone who will go that bit further for his clients.

Quick to respond
John has always been great at responding and keeping in touch through the process of buying our house. John promptly made himself available to show us through the property several times, maintained contact with us at all hours and efficiently answered all our queries throughout the settlement period. John helped negotiate a fair price for both parties and made sure all the paperwork was completed in a timely manner. John was always cheerful, not pushy and supported us to buy our family home.

Relaxed. Not sleazy.
We’d had the misfortune of dealing with some very smarmy and slimy agents, such as the peterswalds. John has been plain speaking and upfront and a pleasure to deal with. Not always an extensive communicator, but responsive and thoughtful.
