I did quite an extensive research to find the right property agent to sell my property. Many friends suggested that I choose one of the big name real estate agencies. But I chose Coco Ma’s real estate agency because I wanted to choose her as my agent, based on all the glaring reviews she had received from her past clients. And she surpassed my expectations well and beyond. I engaged Coco Ma early in the sales process and could not be happier. She provided great advice from our very first phone call - things to consider to present the property well and achieve a quick sale with a good price. Coco was often in contact with me to update me or check on my progress. She took all my advice and feedback into consideration while running our sales campaign. I could ask her anything knowing I would get experienced advice. She had all her team of tradies ready to fix up all that needed attention within the property so our time to market was as quick as possible. She was one stop shop.
