Great Communicator

Andy was a great communicator, very clear and transparent, always keeping us up to date with how the campaign was progressing and involving us in all decisions. Andy was always available via phone at all hours or returned calls promptly. Andy did overestimate the value of the property - there was a big gap between his initial verbal valuation to the eventual selling price. However I think this would have been avoided if the property was seen beforehand but I realise this would have been difficult because of the tenancy agreement. Overall Andy was very professional, clear and kind and he worked very hard for us and put everything he had into marketing and selling the property, keeping us in the loop regarding new information and changes the whole time.
