Great result!

Him did a great job attracting and retaining prospective buyers throughout the campaign. He scheduled all the inspections(twice a week) upfront and at the same time being flexible with buyers demands around private inspections, this is a very important factor to get serious buyers when there is generous supply and diminishing demand. He knows the area and the market well and was able to talk to prospective buyers giving them scenarios of what can be done with the property boosting their confidence to buy. I think that's where he stands out....retaining prospective buyers and bringing them to the auction. Also, he works with a good team of Area Specialists who are very active and prominent in the area. As his areas of improvement... I had to handhold him with advertisement content and picked up few errors. It's a team work in the end that brings great results and the result was a successful sale at a good price above my expectations especially when the market is under pressure. I am very happy with the result and would recommend Him.
