Spot On with Analysis

Right from the start Leigh stood out from the other four agents I received appraisals from. Leigh priced my home on what she thought she could achieve for my property, not just what other homes in the area had sold for. Leigh was spot on with her analysis. Leigh’s mastery of the Mandurah market resulted in multiple offers above asking price within two weeks of listing and a record high price compared to similar in the area at the time.
