I have decided to update my review based on my complete experience and think I did not find the experience to be anything out of the ordinnary with dealing with this agency. The inital offer and offer acceptance was very well handled unlike the settlement.

Cannot fault Harry. He was awesome from the start. Asked us exactly what we want, price, settlement etc... Cannot fault him. Amaxing experience and got what we want.
