We had applied for a rental property and when I followed up with a phone call the property had already been approved by someone else. However, they assisted with changing the application to another property in the same area that had not yet been advertised which we were able to secure without issue. As we couldn't inspect in person, they provided a visual tour. Very prompt responses and following up. Very impressed and will highly recommend for anyone moving to Brisbane from Central QLD.
