Marvin went above and beyond for me and found me a buyer very quickly which was exactly what I required. I was happy with his recommended contacts as well for legals etc. Marvin was cheerful and reassuring when I became slightly on edge and is the most caring agent I have ever met. I contacted him after had sold my unit about a house purchase (not one he was selling) and he was AGAIN more than happy to advise. He stopped me from buying something I would definitely have regretted. He always has time for people. I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending him. Excellent agent.

As an interstate buyer I found Marvin to be easy to work with, provided good on the ground information about the property history and selling motives. In addition, Marvin kept me up to date with regular phone calls during the open house and offer stage and thereafter. This was important due to the pace of groups, offers and decisions being required. If not personally available when I was on the ground when it suited me for multiple viewings, an alternative was readily supplied.
