Josh is a great real estate agent.Even though he was the oweners agent he made me feel he is working for the best interests of mine as well.After having dealt with RE agents in Sydney ,josh is quite a class apart,always approachable, answers e mails at the earliest possible time,called back after the message was left in the answering machine.In all josh is an excellent agent,nice dealing with him. He has not left any room for improvement. How to give him more than 5 stars.?

A brochure regarding 8 Victoria Avenue Perth arrived in the mail and we noticed the apartment next to ours was on the market. After a previous unsuccessful attempt to sell 2 years ago we decided to go to the home open and meet Brad. We found Brad to be extremely professional and positive in relation to the dealings we had with the sale of our East Perth property. He was the only agent who was prepared to meet us on the property to inspect and offer his very accurate suggestions as to the price range he thought appropriate which I might add was spot on with the resultant sale price. We were continually kept informed by way of phone calls, text messages and emails as to the feedback from open homes. Along the way he continued to be positive that he would achieve the result he ultimately achieved in a relatively short time - certainly sooner than we expected. As we live interstate he was most helpful in assisting us arrange a couple of trades people to rectify minor concerns with the property. Overall we were extremely pleased with all facets of Brads dealings and would not hesitate to recommend his service to any contact we may have.
