Brad is such an amazing agent. It is rare to find a young passionate vibe and he has it all. He is honest, approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. He used a lot of marketing strategies and material to help me sell my property. He guided me through step by step with a lot of support and kept me informed with everything. When one strategy doesn't work he will suggest a different strategy to help selling the property at the right time. It's not easy selling a home in a hard market. Not only is the price point a worry, the emotional up and downs that comes with it as well. Brad and his team were very professional and his positivity was infectious. He was open about the situation and updated me constantly on feedback and market conditions. It is very sad to sell a home of many years, but having a good agent makes the process just that little bit easier.
