All the matters concerning the planned sale of the property were thoroughly explained and documented and valuable advice was given on the preparation and presentation of the property. Documents were couriered to our home to save visits to the city office and communication during the sale process and after each home open was prompt and comprehensive. The final sale price was very close to the estimated figure which was satisfying.

Right from the very first time we met Brad it was a great experience! His professional manner and pleasant personality made selling our apartment a breeze in this slow market.His suggestion of having it auctioned appealed to us as there were a few 1/1 for sale in the complex.
