My experience with ARG has been pleasant and reassuring. I'm new to this type of activity and the team at ARG particularly Sophie have been helpful, patient, tolerant and insightful all the qualities you would want in an agent. Dee in Brisbane and Donna in Townsville have also taken the time to speak with me about market knowledge which I truly appreciate. As sometimes the pressure builds up in certain climates and situations, with life on life's terms. Sophie has been patient with me and goes above and beyond with when it comes to looking after the estate for me, I call her the Gem 💎 Communication is prompt, knowledge is accurate. I am glad I have a team like ARG working with me. Contacting the builder with defaults that need rectifying as soon as an issue is raised, as well as keeping me in the loop. I would recommend ARG Brisbane and Townsville, in particular Sophie, who is my Property Agent. As I live in another state, I have full confidence and trust with my property in the hands of Sophie and the team at ARG. There's no question to small or no task to big. Especially for myself in tough times like this year, which I think we're all feeling the pinch in one way or another.
