About Stacy

Stacy has a natural propensity for property management and property investing. She started her career in real estate on the ground floor as a receptionist 18 years ago. While working as a consultant (director) she had the pleasure of going in and out of many agencies and speaking with a wide range of owners and licensees to see what worked and what didn’t in the property management field. Prior to her consulting role, she worked in property development. She started in site acquisition and was also part of the build process, with her involvement extending right through to handover and defects. Her skills in this area are exemplary and extensively benefit ARG clients today. Stacy has an incredible devotion to the real estate industry, and this shows in every aspect of her work. She has a very detailed understanding of the legislation and her confident persona allows her to convey this to clients to achieve a positive outcome.

About Dee

Dee Harber is our National Head of Growth and Partnerships. With 17 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, Dee is highly qualified with an LREA certification, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and an ACCREDITED Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Practitioner Cert. Driven by her passion for achieving the highest level of service, Dee leaves no stone unturned in her pursuit of excellence for her clients. She has a wealth of experience in customer success management, account management, property management training, and learning and development. Having worked for market leaders in Real Estate software and supported agencies across Queensland, NSW, and WA, Dee has developed excellent skills in delivering on-site and online training and implementation. She has also served as a Client Success Manager for Australia’s leading Property Management Consultancy and Broker of Real Estate Agencies, where she oversaw training and business consulting across the country.

Kirsty Jones is a highly experienced and accomplished Property Manager. Kirsty has worked in property management on Brisbane’s Northside since 2015, with previous roles as a Senior Property Manager. She holds a RE PM certificate and is dedicated to providing exceptional service to her clients. Kirsty’s mission statement and values reflect her commitment to her clients during these challenging post-pandemic times. She believes in treating everyone with respect and providing a level of service that ensures her clients have one less thing to worry about. Kirsty stays up-to-date with legislation, market trends, and in-depth vetting processes, ensuring that her clients’ properties are managed effectively and efficiently.

Excellent communication and kept up to date with every detail.

We feel confident in the knowledge that we have a property manager looking after our investment with professionalism and with excellent communication skills. Sarah informs us of every detail, and we are never kept in the dark when it comes to our tenants, inspections of our property and any other matters that arise. I’ve had a really positive experience with ARG. Managing a property from another state isn’t always straightforward, but they’ve made it feel easy. They’re consistently quick to respond, keep me in the loop with regular updates, and handle things without needing follow-up. That’s been a big one for me. A property manager you can trust

We highly recommend ARG Property Management. As interstate investors, we are at the mercy of our property managers, and our experience with ARG Property Management to this point has been fantastic. From the outset, they were transparent with their services and fees, they were open and honest about the current state of the market, and they were adamant that they'd find us the best possible tenants for our property.
