Straight from the start, Dominique's assessment of how our property can perform in the current market circumstances asserted many of our expectations and targets being commercial, timing and contracting strategy. The marketing and sales approach was dynamic and tailored to our needs while concurrently affecting real time feedback from potential buyers. Seeing Dom and the Aria team try different avenues while still maintaining our sale requirements was magnificent. Communication was honest, clear and quick. We greatly appreciated the transperancy especially when any challenges or minor setbacks were communicated with proposed sollutions. Most importantly, in securing the final deal, Dom was evidently unrelenting in applying all necessary pressure, due diligence and stakeholder management to ensure all parties were in agreement be it us as vendors, the buyers and the respective solicitors. Incredibly, Dom was concurrently running the same operation on a property we are buying. I can confidently say both transactions works thanks to Dom and the wider Aria team's ability to match the right buyer to the right property. All in all, on our next transaction, we are definitely going to Dom and Aria again.
