Poor after sale support
The team were radio silent and unsupportive after the sale. Key pick up was completed remotely by drop off in the mail. Even the sale sign required us to reach out after over 2 months for to removal.

Good service
My most dealing was with Kay. He has been fantastic in updating me every step of the way. Even though the sale price was not to my expectations, overall it was not a bad experience, though the campaign did not offer value for money, especially with the photographer. The photos were pretty average, clutter was left in the pictures and were not removed or photoshopped.
