The way that Laura and the Melrose team handled all aspects of my buying experience was professional and phenomenal. The way Laura handled the inspections was especially effective, with candles, music and evening times, presenting the property in a welcoming way. The Melrose team was also one of the only teams I saw that included things like the pest control report, and Laura even went so far as to FaceTime us to help fill out the contract, and stayed up until midnight negotiating. All in all, Laura and the Melrose team are dedicated and hardworking, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to prospective buyers/sellers!
