We knew we wanted to hire a woman to sell our house and Katrina did not disappoint. She knows our local area very well, she is super into detail, she was spot on with her appraisal of our house, she was always willing to listen to our concerns and she always had a way of addressing the concerns in a simple and uncomplicated way. Our concerns were not to do with how Katrina was managing the sale, just our own nervousness of selling at a less than ideal time; just before an election, just as Trump was 'voted in'. Nothing fazed Katrina - she was more than willing to have extra open homes, she took the time to explain every detail we needed.
