Michael Singleton: One of a kind as a Great Real Estate Sales Professional
I have a lot of praise for Michael because he took the initiative to contact me as to whether I would consider listing my property for sale by Town & Country. Following the initial contact, Michael maintained professional interactions with me and all involved , as well as advice and support, throughout the marketing process, right up to exchange of contracts. I was particularly impressed that he took the trouble time and time again, to keep me updated with how the marketing campaign was going, and finally, how the settlement process was progressing. At the completion of the settlement, Michael organised for the balance of the deposit to be paid into my bank account promptly. I would strongly recommend Michael's professional services to anyone who values the services of a gentleman that is a true professional in Real Estate.

Lucky to have Tim as our agent
