Moving to a country town was daunting, as I’d never lived in a country town before, being a native of the Inner West of Sydney. Immediately I felt I could trust Tim, not only that he was upfront about my chances as a buyer, but that he followed through with promises, gave sound advice and kept me informed every step of the way. This was not only related to the sale itself, which was trouble-free, but both he and his staff were been invaluable in helping with the myriad of tasks required to finalise settlement, in providing advice on sourcing reliable tradespeople and items for the house, assistance with connecting the power, and being on hand to enable access to the property for tradespeople given the difficulties of buying a property more than 500kms away. Feeling welcome in my new town has been very important to me, and without Tim and his team’s friendliness and patient, efficient support, I was facing this move with some trepidation. Now that I have moved in, I am looking forward to a happy life in Armidale. Thank you.
