Tim Randell, an excellent source of knowledge and professional agent

Very professional
We were recommended to Jeremy from a work colleague. He has been great to deal with and kept us well informed of our sale and all the processes that go with selling property. Considering we have at times, been a bit difficult with our expected selling price, Jeremy was very patient with us. Would highly recommend that anyone selling their home speak to Jeremy first.

Professional with a personal touch
Tim recently managed the sale of our investment property in Armidale. He's always a pleasure to deal with and kept us informed of any issues arising throughout the sales process. We did better than expected with this sale particularly with the constant mortgage interest rate rises affecting the current market. Highly recommend this agent

Poor communication and false advertising
Poor, poor, poor, I would not recommend this agent or T&C Armidale to anyone. This agent had very little knowledge about the property we purchased. Provided information that was wrong. The advertisement for the property contained false information, listed features that were not included which we found out after settlement. We are still waiting for him to return our phone call to rectify the false advertising like ducted air conditioning that was never installed. We would have thought his company should have fixed this and paid for their stuff up. When inspecting the property we were only given limited time by the agent we felt rushed and were assured certain repairs/jobs were done prior to settlement which they were not. After taking possession of the property and identifying these issues he is yet to respond but I guess he got his money. We just want the house Michael told us we were buying!
