Professional reliable and friendly sale
Tim has great market knowledge of his area and also the types of buyers who will be attracted to the property. In our case he was spot on and found a very eager buyer who made an offer in the home's first 2 days on the market. We accepted and now have a settlement booked for its sale. Tim is always courteous, informative, professional and tells it like it is, a quality lacking in so many other agents. We're very happy with the service he and his agency provided and look forward to continuing a lasting relationship with his agency through the rental management of our other property.

Transparent, fair and professional
Jeremy sold our small acreage for us. Jeremy has a great understanding of the property market in the Armidale region. Through an open discussion he estimated a sale price and how long it may take to sell. We used this to plan when we listed and at what price. The house is now sold and looking back he hit the nail on the head. He provides frequent and clear updates on all aspects of the sale making what can be a stressful time, pretty straightforward. I think the buyer will be equally as happy. I would use Jeremy again for sure.
