What I have noticed with Michael is that he has an honest approach. We went through a number of agents before we sold and the sale price did fluctuate, Michaels seemed believable and he discussed why he had come to that price, and he was not to far off the mark when we sold. He has a good base with clientele and will give over and behind what is expected of an agent which we can’t thank enough. If we sell again Michael will be the first point of contact again as we feel he is working for what is best for us.
