Tim has a wealth of knowledge in this field. His approach to the selling of the property was very professional. Tim was than happy to field my calls and if he was not able to answer at that time he rang back as soon as he was able, I was not left hanging.

Calm, cool and efficient!
Michael was able to secure me a good price for my property, and was always helpful and courteous as I navigated my way through the anxieties around my first house sale. He secured a buyer with a good offer within the first 10 days after signing the agency agreement, which was great!

Tim has also been available to me for any queries I have had. If Tim says he will be at the house at certain time he is also reliable to be there and also very helpful to any questions I have.
