I recently purchased a property through Teegan, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Her clear, prompt communication made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward. While Teegan negotiated strongly on behalf of the seller, she was also fair, transparent, and willing to have genuine discussions around our terms to help both parties reach an agreement. I would highly recommend Teegan to anyone looking to buy or sell property

I am very happy with the outcome of my sale thanks to Sam. He was great to communicate with, returned calls promptly, and kept me informed throughout the process. When I needed honest and accurate advice, Sam provided it clearly without trying to influence my decisions. As I don't live locally, I relied on him to arrange several jobs around the property, which he did quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Sam as a hardworking and trustworthy real estate agent.

Working with Teegan was an absolute pleasure! We travelled interstate one weekend to inspect investment properties, and when our first choice fell through, her initiative and quick thinking helped us secure another property that’s even bigger and better value for money. She was efficient, strategic, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. A huge shoutout to the Armstrong Real Estate team as well — professional, reliable, and highly recommended!

During the process of selling our house I found Bella to be the most wonderful agent. I had trust in her opinion and felt she had our best interests at heart. She was fantastic at communicating with honest feedback from potential buyers, excellent knowledge of the market and continual updates on navigating the next step forward to securing a sale. I would highly recommend Bella for any property transactions whether selling, buying or renting. She was always calm and considered with her communication. The process of selling our house was stress free and enjoyable. Cheers Bella and thank you.

From the very beginning Sam provided me such reassurance that he was fit for the job. I was given a professional profile which included comparisons in the market in our area and was honest as to where my property would fit in and the result I would be likely to expect. There was a feeling about Sam that made me feel assured and confident that I was in more than capable hands. Sam provided a marketing breakdown plan which he followed to the end. This recipe provided an end result that he had indicated from the start. Sam communicated regularly so I was never unsure what was happening with the sale, even to the point when he went on leave who was taking over and even during his absence this communication continued. I cannot recommend Sam highly enough and am so grateful for how easy this process was made thanks to his genuineness and passion for what he does.

Teegan and Lily recently sold our first home in Mount Duneed. As first home buyers this process was very daunting for us, Teegan and Lily were there every step of the way and helped us understand the process and what to expect. I would highly recommend Teegan and Lily, they were both an absolute pleasure to work with!
