I was in the process of completing a full-on refurbishment when they made contact with me. My first impressions of Harry Conias and his team was very good, and they proved to be prompt on action, always arrived to a meeting right on time. They gave us some good advice about what level to set the base price at. Harry brought a number of prospective buyers through the property, and we received a good offer on the second day and Harry he had a talk to the prospective purchaser who then gave his best offer which was acceptable to us. Harry shepherded us through all the legal issues which made things very easy to deal with and the sale went through exactly on time. I would not hesitate to use this team again.

Harry sold my Fortitude Valley unit mid this year. It took a while for me to prepare the unit for sale but Harry was very patient. He took the time to go through the form6 and made sure that I understood what I was signing.
