Jack delivered on his promise to get us an excellent sales result on the sale of our unit. He was confident as well as realistic in setting the right expectations and pre-qualifying the buyers so we would maximise the time and effort we put into preparing the unit for inspections. Jack's photographer did a fabulous job too, the photos were beautiful but also realistic (not like some real estate photos that make everything look ten times the size!).
