No pressure and confidence

A better way to sell or buy. Started off with another agent looking to auction. Over 6 weeks drawn out, not reflecting the market. All this put doubts in my head. Took home off market. Contacted Jeff Pickering in first instance by phone - no pressure, understood where I was in the sale process and previous frustration. About a month later met with Jeff at his office. He literally put examples of previous sales on the table and understood comparing my home with similar. My analogy was apples for apples, not apples for oranges. Jeff Pickering and Jack Smith work well together.

A better way to sell or buy

Started off with another agent looking to auction. Over 6 weeks drawn out, not reflecting the market. In the meantime Arthur Conias Real-estate Ashgrove sold a home a few doors up in the same street faster and at a realistic good price. Took a break off market then switched to Arthur Conias Real-estate Ashgrove. Jack Smith got the sale result faster and achieved a realistic good selling price. It took about a week. Done. Happy. It sold because they put a price on it with offers over. More than one offer. Superior service and result.
