Excellent communicator with an easy approachable manner

Ajay Malik gained our attention straight away. His approach is friendly and easy going. He put us at ease and explained the processes we would go through and his commission rate, until we fully understood. He managed to sell the house on the first viewing. Delightfully stress free experience.

My experience with Ajay has completely demolished any stereotypes I had of real estate agents. Ajay was , and still is, warm, personal, and yet highly professional and motivated. From out first contact, Ajay had a buyer in mind. He then negotiated a good and fair price for our home and facilitated the clearing of all obstacles to the transaction. At all times, Ajay was quick to answer a call or message and always got back in contact when he said he would, a quality displayed by few people nowadays. Outstanding service
