My experience with Ajay has completely demolished any stereotypes I had of real estate agents. Ajay was , and still is, warm, personal, and yet highly professional and motivated. From out first contact, Ajay had a buyer in mind. He then negotiated a good and fair price for our home and facilitated the clearing of all obstacles to the transaction. At all times, Ajay was quick to answer a call or message and always got back in contact when he said he would, a quality displayed by few people nowadays. I wish Ajay, his partner Ema, and Artier Group, success in the future, and lets catch up for coffee one of these days.
