Ray White Moira is not just a fabulous sales agent but a beautiful person who genuinely cares about you the customer and your needs. She has surrounded herself with a fabulous team. She knew how nervous I was and arrived with an easy to understand plan for selling my apartment and followed through on that plan which included painting, carpets, styling, marketing etc. Not only that but we sold over the reserve price. I recently sold a house in Erskineville in a matter of days, based only on RayWhite's database of clients and contacts. Moira goes the "extra step" as your agent - at the outset she will explain and agree the budget, program and strategy with you - and sticks to it. When changes are required, she will explain and consult with you. Moira has a team of consultants (staging etc) and tradesmen, each of them are the best in their sector. Her team of support staff and agents are all diligent and great to work with. Moira brings her passion with baking to the job, her open house often has freshly baked cookies. No problems are too big for Moira, she deals with each issue with a smile on her face, so that its as stress free as possible for her clients. Moira understands the emotions that is tied up with selling houses, and she and her team puts in all efforts and treats the sale as if its a sale of their own house. Its quite amazing to experience. She will sweep the leaves from the courtyard, work till 11pm, with the sole aim of achieving a successful sale. I have no hesitation in recommending Moira at Erskineville Ray White.

Which is what we got.
