We’ve worked with Shaun in the Alexandria/Erskineville area several times buying and selling over the last 15 years. In our view he is the best agent in the area - his market knowledge is second to none and has always worked hard to get the best result for us. This is the second time we’ve sold with him and both times he has had the right strategy to get us a great result. Shaun and his team are true professionals and were excellent at every stage of the sales process. We would not hesitate to recommend Shaun and his team.

Chris is a great agent- he really listened to us, provided regular updates, consulted to us when we needed it and was strategic in how to best sell our property. Our experience from start to finish was positive, and he really cares about his clients and getting the best outcome for them, as well as building a trusting relationship with them. Highly recommend.

We interviewed 3 agents from different real estates across the inner west when making a decision about selling our 1 bedroom unit in Marrickville. Moira from Ray White in Erskineville was an absolute stand out for us and the decision to engage her was one that we never looked back from. We put complete faith in her and her recommendations and she did not disappoint! Moira and her team delivered an absolute stellar marketing campaign that garnered a lot of attention and requests for contracts. Moira added some very personal welcoming touches to the open homes (fresh baked biscuits and background music) which created a homely, inviting energy - very much reflective of Moira's warm energy. Moira and her team actively followed up any leads down to the very last moment of the campaign. We ended up selling prior to auction and were thrilled with the outcome. We cannot recommend Moira and her team more highly! Thank you again!

Ercan is incredibly well regarded in our area as one of the best real estate agents and he really lives up to the hype. Ercan has an incredible market knowledge and understands the changing market week to week always providing up date feedback. To work with he is incredibly professional, has clear communication and a great team supporting him. Most importantly he works hard to get the vendor the result they want. We look forward to working with Ercan as both a buyer and seller in the future.
