“Tim Gorring has the local knowledge of Tempe, St Peters and other inner west suburbs and contacts with buyers for an off market campaign which we commenced at a favourable agreement with Ray White, Erskinville. The selling progressed to an on market campaign with an auction strategy timed for when there was enough confirmed interested purchasers. The campaign achieved a good result for us. Tim was great to communicate with and shared background information on the market he knows well. Tim and the Ray White agency gave us good service and helped successfully sell our property that had a narrower band of potential buyers due to location and type.

When it came time for us to sell, there was only one option. We made the right choice. Moira and her team helped us present the property for best chance of success, chased potential buyers, and were always professional and prompt with communication and updates. Most importantly, she showed exceptional skill during closing negotiations, giving us key guidance, and bringing a buyer up. We achieved an outstanding result; 3rd highest in the building's history, 1st being a North-facing corner apartment and 2nd a North-facing only $10k higher.
