We consider ourselves very fortunate to have Tim as our agent for selling our property at St Peters. He achieved a great sales result for us. He has a great understanding of the market and takes time to understand the vendor and prospective buyers' needs as well as the unique features of our home. He was extremely professional, trustworthy, caring and tailored the campaign to our needs. He was very approachable, transparent and kept us regularly up to date on how the campaign was progressing. We would strongly recommend Tim to any prospective vendor selling their property in the Inner West and inner city neighbourhoods of Sydney.

We were introduced to Matthew through mutual friends. His knowledge of our area and the market was impressive, so we decided to engage him to sell our home. Every experience we had with Matthew and his incredible team (Bianca, Kate & Monika) was of the highest standards. Matthew and his team were never pushy with us (we have experienced this with other agents). When they said something would be done it happened immediately. We discussed the price range we wanted, and it was agreed realistic. Then they sold it in our 2nd week on market for well above what we thought possible. This all happened prior to auction and with the terms we had requested. We seriously couldn’t be happier with the result. Being lead through this entire process by such a professional and highly competent group of genuine, caring, nice people really has left a lasting impression on us. We cannot recommend Matthew and his team if you are looking for a stress-free selling experience.

Moira was responsive, frank, and a great advisor throughout the process of purchasing our property in Erskineville/St Peter's. She knew the area and the apartment complex really well and spoke from a place of real experience and authority about pros and cons. She was also really happy to show us around after the exchange so that we could take measurements and get a better feel for the place. It was a great experience working with Moira.

Moira sold when no one else could! Had it on the market pretty much for 18 months, she sold it within 4 weeks. Studio's are the hardest to sell, especially during COVID. Her determination, her attention to detail and all the her excellent qualities made this happen. If you want a honest and straight forward agent, that will lead to a great sale and price, use Moira!!!!

Ercan and his team at Ray White Erskineville were wonderful to work with. They were extremely responsive, honest and communicative throughout the whole campaign. We were particularly impressed with the quality of the photos and the video that they put together, it really showcased our home and made it stand out.
