I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Owen and his team for the professional way that they handled the marketing and sale of our property. When we first spoke with Owen and Peter is was explained to us what they could do for us. I must say that they did exactly what was promised. In my business I have had dealings with other agents and they were unable to deliver on their promises. Every staff member who attended our property presented themselves in a professional way. Any concern that we may have had (they were limited) were answered. Each open house was a success from our point of view and on the day of the Auction we had good attendance. Owen we wish to thank you, Peter, Stan, Marayka and Peng for a job well done. Should we encounter anyone who wishes to sell their property we would be pleased to recommend that the talk with you. Thank you all once again for a job well done. Russ and Lyn Keirnan 22 Golden Rain Place. Stratton
