I had a great experience purchasing a home through Owen and his team. They truly know the local market inside and out, and their expertise shows in the quality of the properties they offer. Owen ensures that buyers get great listings at fair prices, and I’ve heard from many others that his clients are always highly satisfied. If you’re looking for a reliable and knowledgeable real estate expert, I’d definitely recommend Owen and his team!

Jason never gave up on finding the right buyer for our property. Jason’s knowledge, energy, and persistence sold our property. Always polite and heard our criteria for selling our property. The Administration side of the sale with Place was always prompt and efficient at this stressful time. I thank Jason YU for selling our property of many years as it was new to us and wish Jason the very best for his professional future.

Owen is a very knowledgeable agent. He has regularly stayed in contact over many years and has always been prompt with my request. He shared many strategies to how we could achieve our goal and set up a robust plan. Explain many of details. He oversaw our sale and allocate David Song to run our campaign. Friendly, professional and personal. He is building a seller team at Place. Would sell with Owen and the place team again.

David is a fantastic agent to work with. He is beyond exceptional. He will go far in his career! The agent to use. He is knowledgeable, flexible, hardworking and a great guy. He had a hard task with our property and was super committed to achieve our goal - with Success! He shared so much knowledge with us on the process of selling and buying and also explained his process or actions through out the campaign. Never pushy and above all else - Honest. His campaign was excellent - He worked with us on price of marketing and cost to suit our budget. Ad launch was perfect, off market/customer referrals database to attract them to our property, maximized open houses for volume attendance (50 plus groups through), created professional fanfare for inspections, followed up all attendees with detail and created a emotional want/need to purchase our property " best in area, best value" with potential buyers. Post sale he has been in regular contact on settlement and providing information. Thank you David for all your handwork. Happy seller

I cannot praise Sam and Owen enough for the effort and dedication they showed in selling our property. I was ready to sign with another agent, but Sam and Owen worked into the night to convince me of their ability and commitment. Sam has been instrumental in organising work to prepare the house for auction. And thanks to their efforts at the auction - moving between bidders, speaking in Mandarin and English - the team were able to deliver a better than anticipated price. Sam and Owen have shown true skill and professionalism, and I cannot recommend the team enough.

Jacky was a pleasure to work with. Took the time to discuss his strategies, and talk through options. Kept us well informed of feedback, and in the loop regarding interest levels. Nothing seemed to difficult. He even drove up to the Sunshine Coast to meet us early. Recommended.

Before we bought the house at 28 Kimmax St, we also looked at other houses of your company and communicated with the sales staff. In the process of communicating with Jason about buying a house, we appreciated his following aspects. 1. Professional ability · Market analysis: Jason has an accurate grasp of the housing price trend and market conditions and provides valuable suggestions. 2. Service attitude • Timely communication: Jason maintains smooth communication with buyers' questions. • Patience and meticulousness: Jason can patiently answer buyers' questions and provide detailed explanations and suggestions. 3. Integrity • Whether the information is true: He did not exaggerate the advantages of the house, conceal unfavorable information, or deliberately create "fake customers" to raise the price. 4. After-sales service • Whether the transfer and handover are smooth: Jason provides professional assistance to ensure the smooth transfer of ownership and funds of the house. • Whether there is follow-up: Whether he is still willing to provide consultation and help after the transaction is completed, rather than ignoring the subsequent needs of the buyer after the transaction is completed. Thank you & God bless! Best Regards, Peace

In the past few months, Jason Bing worked hard to sell our property and patiently explained things to us whenever we needed help. He never let us feel and tried to push us to sell the property if we were not happy with the potential buyer's offer. He is a trustworthy and experienced agent who always thinks on our side. However, without his efforts, we would not be able to achieve this goal. We are appreciated and pleased with what Janson has done for us. We highly recommend Jason to all sellers and buyers.
