Bought our investment property through Andy Guo while we were traveling overseas, he was such a true professional & trustworthy suburb specialist and made the whole buying process easy & less stressful. I will personally recommend Andy Guo to anyone buying in Southside Brisbane for sure. Well done!

We are very impressive with Andy Guo’s determination, persistence, hard working and first class negotiating skills during sales campaign when selling our family home, and he kept everything he promised and make it happen at the end of the day. Our property is not an easy one due to various non-favourable selling features, but he made it and have it sold to the price we are happy with. High recommended Andy Guo’s service to every one in this market place.

I have known Owen for over 3 years. He has always acted in a professional manner in listening to our plans and giving advice when sought. His knowledge of market trends in the local area was reassuring. The feedback throughout the sale process was outstanding. We would like also the acknowledge the office support staff in particular Alistair and Tegan with their prompt and knowledgeable responses to any queries we may have had.

We are very happy we picked Daniel and the Place team. From the start Daniel worked hard to help us with all our final touches to the house. Every communication was answered promptly and we received regular updates with the open homes. Selling a home is stressful but we found with all the help from Daniel and his team it made it a smooth and well organised process. We could not be happier with the result, thank you Daniel!
