We have no hesitation in recommend Andy Guo as the most friendly and caring real estate agent we have had the good fortune to work with. As senior citizens, with health issues, we felt confident to have Andy to protect our interests with patience, courtesy and understanding. We were also very impressed with his network of like-minded associates who all treated us and guided us with respect and understanding. We have told our friends, go Andy, you will not be disappointed he is a local man with world wide experiences. Over last few years we knew he was the man to sell our house, when the time came, it was quicker than we expected, but Andy Guo lived up to his word and delivered without a single hiccup, We now live happily in our new home in victoria but we will never forget the friendship we enjoyed with Andy Guo.
