Owen sold our property within one week on the market in this challenge market. The reason he is able to achieve a such amazing price for us is due to their good relationship with their buyers and they know exactly what are the wants and needs of their buyers. Highly recommend.

Display a higher knowledge of the market where my property was located. Obtained a reasonable price for the property in a short period of time. The sale of the property was a good experience due to the professional and helpful agent. Thank you David

When making the decision to sell my home I was understandably cautious, however Owen and team was very good at understanding my situation and expectations from the beginning. Throughout the process him and Jacky has made themselves available to answer any question and address any concern. The Place Sunnybank team’s market knowledge is one of the reasons I trusted them with the sale of my Sunnybank Hills home. As a seller, I’m also grateful to have had this team’s confidence and experience during the recent interest rate rises.

Andy & Owen from Place Sunnybank are referred to us by close friend, and it proves again they are the right ones you can always count on in this market place. Mum’s property was sold under the hammer within five weeks from the first day we met. They not only gave us professional advices on how to do touch-up renovation, but also referred the right tradesmen to do the job in timely manner. The whole process is simply & straight forward, and they did a fantastic job at auction. Highly recommend them to those thinking of selling.

After interviewing quite a few top agents, I finally decided to assigned Andy Guo and his team to sell investment property on my behalf again. And it turns out it is the best choice I’ve ever made. At the end of day, he banked whole lots of more for me than I expected. And the whole sales Compaign is stress & hassle free. Andy Guo proves again it is the process rather than the promise who will get you top dollars. Can't recommend him & his team to anyone thinking of sell in south side.

Prior to my family & I engaging Place Sunnybank, we met with Owen and his colleague. Owen put great detail into his presentation on how he would market our property. We decided to go ahead with an auction campaign with Owen and his team. Owen and the Place Team helped us organise home staging, photography and videography. The open homes were held regularly with Place Team and Owen in attendance. Our auction was successful and we were pleased with the results.
