I worked with Jason for the sale of my property – An excellent agent. He listed my place in May and we were on contract within a week, at more than the asking price. Jason was thorough, professional and great to work with. He kept us apprised through the sale process, enthutiastic and a very positive person. He was honest and forthright- First Class.

He is a very polite and kind person, and I feel he really does his best to assist people with knowledge of the real estate market and would answer any questions one might have in that regard. He is enthusiastic and positive in what he does and was very helpful to me when I was endeavouring to make a decision about downsizing now I am older.
David Song
David worked with us through the sale process in a friendly and professional manner. He was quick to provide advice and answer any questions regarding the sale process. I would be happy to recommend David to other sellers.

Owen has a wealth of experience in selling residential property and was my first choice real estate agent based on my understanding of the property market in Sunnybank Hills. Owen and his team were very knowledgeable and got the job done with the minimum of fuss. I would not hesitate to recommend Owen's services to other property owners.
Owen Chen
Owen's guidance in a realistic appraisal of my property, and his advice as to the current market, was instrumental in my decision to move quickly on a sale, which was definitely the right choice. His marketing team did an excellent job and he and his team have achieved an excellent result for me.

This is my third property sold by Owen Chen and his team in Sunnybank Hills. Same as last two times. They did an amazing job again. Really happy for the whole selling process. Recommend Owen Chen and his team to all the sellers and buyers.

My family and I have interacted with many Real Estate Agents over the recent years and only a few stood out from the crowd; Owen Chen was one of those. Owen and his team make you feel that they are a part of your family but at the same time draw unbiased boundaries to separate their professional character and show respect for all parties involved. When talking business with Owen it's evident he has an outstanding knowledge, skill and experience in Real Estate Sales. Whilst there were one or two other agents which shone though and no doubt were very good, Owen put a very good business plan together and basically we put our trust and faith in him. Owen and his team are truly wonderful and are so pleasant to talk to that I would certainly recommend them to anyone interested in selling their property.
Owen Chen
Great team, looked after us. Will do business again.
Owen Chen
Can’t recommend more. if you are looking for a right agent, he’s the one to go.

We knew of Owen as we have had many friends and neighbors use him to sell their homes over the years and all have been very happy with the job he had done. So it was an easy decision for us to choose him as our Agent when we decided to sell. We couldn't be happier with job Owen, David and the whole team did for us and will always recommend them in the future.
