After a brief visit, I wasn't sure Owen could deliver what he promised. Later we had a more in-depth discussion regarding his process. I was very impressed with his work ethic and his team's performance. I considered that I was putting them to 'the test'. It turns out this is just what they do every day. As a seller, the process was easy, and the results were above expectations.

Prior to selling our Sunnybank Hills home of twenty years we attended many open for inspections and auctions. Every time we attended a Place Realty Sunnybank event we were impressed by their high level of professionalism. Owen Chen and David Song were exceptional to deal with. Their level of communication and organisational skills made the selling of our home as uncomplicated and trouble - free as possible. Owen's knowledge of the market, his commitment and passion and his negotiating skills are remarkable. This, along with the support of David Song achieved a very positive outcome for us. We have no hesitation in recommending Place Sunnybank to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home. Once again, thank you Owen, David and the Place Sunnybank team.

Owen’s team was very good. Different people had different roles. This might not suit everyone. Owen is very experienced and has a very good standard in the market. Feedback might not have what we liked at times however an agents role is to deliver the news as it happens. On auction day owen and his team and the auctioneer Bruce Allom did a fantastic job to achieve a result we were satisfied with. Well done

I cannot be happy enough to have Owen and his team looking after the sale of my townhouse, my first property. Not knowing what to expect and what involved, Owen explained everything from the start. I was comfortable with the process, the strategy and the risks involved. We achieved above expectation outcome on the first and the only inspection. His knowledge of local market in Sunnybank is outstanding and he has the extensive database which makes things easier. I highly recommend Owen and his team to look after your sale and be assured that you will be satisfied.
