I was really impressed with Owen and his team. We went Off Market with Owen, because of how experienced he is and due to his large buyer data base he has accumulated over the years. He did not need much time as he got us over 60 people in only 1 day to request interest to view our property. He had a range of different buyers from young families, interstate buyers /foreign buyers to investors. I was surprised with the amount of interest he could get in such a short space of time, he followed through with his off market strategy and executed it exactly how he sat down and planned it. We were overly happy with the result as we have set history with the largest sale on the street. He was also very helpful post sale, I highly recommend.
