Thanks to Andy Guo and his team, they sold my house by using his off market selling method, we sold our house within 1 week, one open house with a top price. This happened because of (1) the large buyer database Place Sunnybank accumulated over years (2) second to none negotiation skills to achieve the maximum price. Highly recommend Andy Guo Team from Place Sunnybank if you are thinking of selling.
