We interviewed a number of agents and decided to use Owen because of other results he had achieved in our area. He made suggestions on what we needed to do to get the house ready for sale to achieve the best possible price. During the sale process we had alot of people through the house and 6 registered bidders on auction day. It sold under the hammer at above our reserve.
