I did not have the opportunity to meet Leo on the listing, but had his associate Jeremy attend. Jeremy was helpful and took note of any questions we had to get answered. Leo was available on the phone and was usually pretty contactable. We did find that after settlement that the support was lost and we did not have any opportunity to contact the developer of our new build to get anything sorted.

I have dealt with many agents/agencies in my life and most of them would lie to your face with a smile. The best thing for me about Leo was his “no bullshit” attitude without the arrogance. Too many agents (we have dealt with plenty) play “games” between the buyer/seller and in most cases treat buyers poorly. Leo was honest with the price, made himself available 24/7, kept us updated and assisted us to negotiate a deal that worked. I would recommend Leo to anyone buying or selling a property!
