Selling an investment property whilst based interstate is no easy task (unless you have Nhan to help). It was a difficult market to sell our property in. It had dropped approx 10% over the last couple of years.Even so, Nhan always attempted to obtain the best price in this depressed market. He sold the features of the property and explained the benefits to the potential buyer. He always followed up with the vendor as well as the potential buyer. He kept us fully up to date and offered suggestions that he felt would help move the property. We signed the agency agreement with Leo on 7th Nov at about 5.00 pm . On 8th Nov at about 4.00pm we had an offer! It was amazingly quick! We didn’t even have time to advertise, so we saved on the advertising fee. We had a couple of issues before the contract became unconditional but Leo was able to solve them with his high negotiating skills. To us he is an agent who “talk the talk and walk the walk”.
