We enjoyed working with the NGU Team to secure our dream property. The negotiations were conducted professionally and very open. The Team was also very responsive in any of our queries we had during the process. Highly recommended as a buyer and if we were to ever consider selling I would engage the NGU Team.

Emil was very professional with all aspects of our dealings with him , communication was excellent even helping us after hours , got back to us immediately and made sure all queries were satisfied. Emil's knowledge of the Brisbane market coupled with his extensive building knowledge made the whole buying process a pleasure . I have had the very fortunate experience of working with Leo Liu. Not only is he an extremely likeable person, he delivers on what he promises. He is upfront, realistic and entirely honest. He is extremely hard working and his communication is outstanding. I could not recommend Leo more highly. I feel fortunate to have worked with him and most importantly, so grateful that he sold our home as he promised. Leo is a good human being and anyone who has the opportunity to do business with him, would attest to this. Thank you Leo, our family very much appreciates all that you have done for us. I have no doubt that your future is bright and that both sellers and buyers are fortunate to work with you!
Leo Liu
Very very helpful agent and service with great patience and meticulous attitude. With the procedure of house purchase, we finally became friends! While there are lots of words on the market about agent’s tricks and stunts, however, I only found honesty and frankness when working with Leo!
