Dear team I WISH THAT THE TEAM WOULD OFF COMMUNICATED WITH My self , AS I Stressed very strongyle, to ask the than prospect tenant , if she would of to considered yes or no an index of $25 per week after the initial 6 months. within the special conditions . because now one have to provide her with 60 days notice that she may take Umbridge too Therefore kindly ask our fix it ROY, hey mate , o consider to drop in on the good tenant , 60 days prior to the end of 6 months, To ask her Verbally if as above, IF SHE Would consider of say $20 or $25 indexed per week after her 6 months lease. As I think a cold letter of increasing rent, won't go down well. However with a pleasant tone of voice in person may result an increase with certain amount of contentment . Sorry to dampened the Gloss , of what otherwise it's been excellent service with curtesy . HOWEVER HOHESTY IS BEST POLICY And we still say and praise aloud , Well Done MARANDO TEAM Meantime the present agent at Liverpool HAVE been renting our units at no charge , as DID First National Liverpool However maybe that's a bit much to ask Roy for .? EVEN SO, That Eventually ALL 6 Units Will Be ON Marando'S >> RENT ROLL Cheers and Godbless
