Marando Real Estate is a family owned and operated business established on the 20th November 1972, with Roy & Julie taking over the reigns in 2014 and Marando Real Estate South West was born. Roy's family history is the classic example of the Italian migrants’ experience of taking advantage of Australia’s opportunities, rolling up our sleeves and working hard combined with Julies Aussie down to earth no nonsense nature has made the perfect recipe for success. With nearly 50 years passed since our office was opened, the Marando name has grown to become a well-known trademark in the local area. We are one of the only agencies to trade so successfully without a franchise banner, and a company with high ethical standards and community support. Over the years, by working on the philosophy of client care Marando Real Estate South West has grown to become one of the area’s leading and most respected agency and Fairfield City’s longest serving. We are a multicultural office with several different languages spoken, which is definitely a key factor for communicating and our success in negotiating property sales as well as attracting plenty of new buyers regularly.
