We had some difficulties getting our incompetent bank to sort out our finances and it ended up being a much longer process than it ever needed to be. During that time Mel was incredibly patient, open and honest. In my opinion Mel acted in the best interests of both parties. Mark made selling our home as easy as possible, his attention to detail and honest, friendly approach relieved a lot of the stress for us. He was more like working with a friend than just an agent. As buyers, I was surprised at how easy it was to work with Adam. We didn't receive and disingenuine sales tactics and he always seemed quite upfront. He was also very polite, honest and knew when to push things through or provide the time and space to organise things when required. It was also very easy to organise a private inspection and later a pest and build when needed. We would recommend working with Adam as buyer.
