Norma was really helpful from the time we first indicated an interest in the property. She provided us with an excellent profile on the area and where everything fitted in and the background of the property. She went out of her way to meet up with us on a Sunday afternoon for the inspection and didn't rush us through the process. Once we settled on the price she co-ordinated the paperwork from the exchange of contracts and all the way through to settlement. Any additional information required during this process was provided accurately and promptly. We appreciated the high level of service and the fact that the whole purchase progressed so smoothly.
